What we collect and why

We collect the contact email and developer details that Google Play publishes on app listings, in order to contact developers with an offer to acquire their developer account. This is a one-off business enquiry to a published business contact. Our legitimate interest is finding sellers of developer accounts; you can object at any time.

If you fill in the form on this site, we store what you enter (name, email, app link, price, handover option, message) together with the time of submission and your IP address, to discuss the deal with you.

Email tracking

Our emails may contain a tracking image and links that let us know whether an email was opened and whether the link to this site was followed. We use this only to understand whether our emails reach people. Replying to the email or filling in the form stops further messages.

Unsubscribe and deletion

Every email contains an unsubscribe link. A reply with "no" or "unsubscribe" works too. Once you unsubscribe we keep your address only on a suppression list so that we never write to you again. To have your data deleted entirely, email hello@pinecoveapps.com.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except the infrastructure providers that deliver our email and host this site.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a deal are deleted within 12 months. Suppression list entries are kept indefinitely so that unsubscribe requests are honoured.
